BOOK PUBLISHING
Currently I am experimenting with book publishing via the web. At the suggestion of the British Journal of Photography I am using Blurb to publish my books. I downloaded their software and over a period of several evenings I was able to develop my book.
On the whole the software is impressive. You can review my books by visiting the Blurb site.
The book is now the most effective way to exhibit. It is quick and allows more people to see my work. Alternatively you can exhibit and there is no substitute for seeing an original print. But how many people can make it to a gallery? So the book wins. And the eBook is a great way to cheaply distribute my work.
In addition you can download some of my eBooks. NB these are BIG downloads and depending on your connection will need a 5 - 10 minute download.
